Safety Policy
Every rental starts with a mandatory briefing and your confirmation of these rules. A full Ukrainian version of this page is available and identical in content.
1. Briefing and age check
We hand over the vehicle only after showing you the controls, brakes and emergency stop. The minimum rider age is 16; riders under 18 need a parent or guardian to accept the rules. We may request an identity document for the age and liability check. No confirmed briefing — no rental.
2. Helmet, lights, loads
A helmet is mandatory for riders under 18 and recommended for everyone. Front white and rear red lights must be on at night and in poor visibility. Passengers and loads on the handlebars are not allowed.
3. Traffic rules and permitted areas
Scooters and e-bikes are light personal electric transport under the Road Traffic Rules (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 1306 of 10.10.2001). Use cycle lanes or cycle paths; where none exist, follow the road edge in the permitted direction at a speed that lets you stop safely.
4. Prohibited riding
- sidewalks, pavements and pedestrian zones;
- motorways and roads closed to light personal electric transport;
- riding under alcohol, drugs or impairing medication;
- phone use or headphones in both ears while riding;
- stairs, off-road tracks, leaving the rental area.
5. Price, deposit, receipt
Prices are in UAH including mandatory charges; the deposit is stated separately. Each payment is fiscalised with a settlement receipt, and card payments run through an NBU-licensed payment provider.
6. Confirm before checkout
Confirm that you received the briefing and accept this policy. You will be redirected to a confirmation page.
