1. Data we collect

Name, phone, e-mail, identification data for age and liability checks, geolocation and reservation details, provided by you when you send a request.

2. Purposes and legal basis

We use the data to review and confirm reservations, verify age and liability, contact you about the rental and meet accounting and consumer-information duties. The basis is your informed consent and our legal obligations under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst personalnykh danykh» № 2297-VI).

3. Retention

Kept for the period needed to deliver the rental and for accounting retention periods, then deleted or anonymised.

4. Recipients

Our payment provider licensed by the National Bank of Ukraine, hosting and IT support suppliers, and the accountant, strictly as needed. Payments follow Law of Ukraine No. 1591-IX "On Payment Services".

5. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent at any time via contact@gamerpuro.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (Upovnovazhenyi Verkhovnoi Rady Ukrainy z prav liudyny).

6. Marketing and cookies

Newsletters and SMS are sent only with prior explicit opt-in under Article 11 of Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce"; consent is never bundled with the contract or pre-ticked. Cookie and traffic data follow Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications".

7. Consumer information and language

Service, price and rental terms are given under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection". The Ukrainian version of this page prevails and is identical in scope, per Article 27 of Law of Ukraine No. 2704-VIII.
