Nothing is charged when you send this form.

A reservation is a request, not a payment. You pick a rental period, tell us which vehicle you want, and we hold it for your arrival. There is no account to create and no app to install. The 1,000 UAH refundable deposit is handed over at pickup in Kyiv, together with the photo ID check.

Send the request and we reply during business hours, usually the same day, to confirm the period and the return point. If the vehicle or the time is taken, we say so in the reply and offer the nearest alternative.

  • 02The 1,000 UAH refundable deposit is paid in person at pickup, after the two-minute briefing.
  • 03Overage stays flat: 4 UAH per minute on a scooter, 5 UAH per minute on an e-bike.

What happens next

    Confirmation within 30 minutes

    A person replies by email or phone within 30 minutes with your pickup point, vehicle and rental period, during opening hours.

  2. 02

    Photo ID at pickup

    Riders must be 18 or older. Bring a passport or national ID, and the name must match the reservation.

  3. 03

    1,000 UAH refundable deposit

    The deposit is paid at pickup and returned in full on an undamaged return. Overage is 4 UAH/min scooter and 5 UAH/min e-bike.

  4. 04

    Helmet and a two-minute briefing

    A helmet is issued and expected under Ukrainian traffic rules. The clock starts when you ride off.
