Terms of Service

1. Provider and eligibility

gamerpuro.com, sole proprietor (PE), EDRPOU 68093835, Suite 7, 15 Khreshchatyk Street, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine; contact@gamerpuro.com; +380 939 360 0196. Renters must be 18+ and pass an ID check.

2. Ordering and correction of errors

• Choose vehicle, tariff and times.
• Enter name, phone, e-mail.
• Check price in UAH incl. charges and separate deposit.
• Accept the Terms and confirm.

Details can be corrected before confirmation; the contract arises on our written confirmation.

3. Price, deposit, cancellation and return

Prices are in UAH with mandatory charges included; the deposit is refundable and shown separately. Free cancellation 24 hours before the start, later one rental hour is charged. Return to a designated zone, lock the vehicle and photograph it.

4. Damage, fines and complaints

You are liable for traffic fines and damage beyond normal wear, loss or theft. Claims: contact@gamerpuro.com; reply within 30 days, then the State Consumer Service or court.

5. Riding rules

Age 18+. Helmet, lights and reflectors at night. Cycle lanes only, up to 25 km/h; no riding on pavements or in pedestrian zones.

6. Personal data

Booking data serves the contract, age and liability checks and support; you may request access, correction or deletion.

7. Governing law

Ukrainian law governs; the full Ukrainian version prevails if the texts differ.
